I've managed to play the game's pc version on Linux and would like to help anyone that is also interested.
I don't know if I did anything special so I will just put the information I know here and please lead me to better explanation if you know what you are doing because I most certainly don't :)
What I'm using
About Rules of Survival game, it’s known as a free downloadable mobile app for Android, iOS and even PC. The game opens a wild adventure full of challenges with lots of opponents from across the world.
Ubuntu mate 16.04
Play On Linux 4.2.10
Simply downloaded the exe from their website
Wine 3.1 (Installed through pol)
In pol there is a text saying install a non-listed program. Browse to your exe and start installation
On pol I clicked configure wine and on the pop up I only changed Windows version to Windows 7
Only library overrides I use are : dnsapi, msvcp100, wininet they all have (native, builtin) written next to them
I did let pol install some .net and gecko stuff when I first launched the game
Running on intel core i7 and nvidia 860m
Additional step after the new patch at the beginning of march :
Copy the working installation of ros from a windows pc and go to play on linux
Select ros and on the left you will see 'open the directory' click on it
Go one folder up and replace the folder ros with the copied working installation
There you go it works on my computer
NOTE 1: Haven't tried using google or facebook to login on pc I only used the mobile QR to login and it works. So if those options don't work you must install the mobile app on your phone as well.
NOTE 2: On step 7 you should go to play on linux and select your game and press 'configure'. After that go to 'Wine' tab and click on 'Configure Wine'. It will open a windows styled window and you will go to the 'Libraries' tab. From there what I did was to remove all existing overrides and only add the three I mentioned in step 7. Step 8 is not something I did but when I first launched the game, wine asked for permission to install one or two things and I accepted them.
If you would like to know anything more or you think it would be useful point it out and I will try to add the info. I'm playing the game without any problems at all. Perfect visuals and dynamics.

Air conflicts pacific carriers manual. Edit 3: I wasn't able to make google or facebook login work because wine uses the internet explorer version that comes installed with it when you try to open the login page and google/facebook doesn't support lower ie versions. My idea is if you can install google chrome or a newer version of ie and set it as the default browser via Registry it could work but haven't tried(Let me know if you try and succeed).
*Edit 4: WARNING ! As of feb 28th update I'm not able to run the game. If anyone has a solution hit me up !
*Edit 5: As suggested by KyohiGamer in the comments I tried copying the installed game files from a windows computer and everything works again ! I added the process as an additional step to the post.
