As the title says, when opening the perk menu I get some crazy lag for the first few seconds then it sorts itself out. Problem is, if I level up and then open the menu then I attempt to pick health ,stamina or manna, the game would then freeze and I have to ALT+TAB out to quit.

Skyrim Monster Mod; T3nd0s Skyrim Redone - install the compatibility patch (included into SIC main installer). Revenge Of the Enemies- install the compatibility patch.
